Katie Cronen joined Kitware in September 2008 as a Human Resources Generalist.  Her role is to participate in all Human Resources functions throughout the company including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and the creation and compliance of employment policies and decisions. 

Prior to her employment at Kitware she held positions not only in Human Resources, but also worked as an Operations Manager for several organizations. 

Katie received her B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resource Management, from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2001.  She was certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in 2005, and continues to maintain this designation.  She is a member of the national Society for Human Resources (SHRM).
