Biography

Jason Li received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Beijing JiaoTong University, China and earned an M.S in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky.

Jason Li started his career at Lexmark in Lexington, KY where he worked as a firmware software engineer for the enterprise printers and AIO. Most recently, he worked as a C++/C Senior Software Engineer at Bloomberg L.P. in New York City. At Bloomberg, Jason was part of the infrastructure team responsible for designing and implementing an real-time instant messenger program named Instant Bloomberg, used by traders all over the world. He was also responsible for integration with third party products such as AOL and Yahoo.

Jason joined Kitware in October 2011 as a R&D engineer on the medical imaging team.
