A bug should be something that can be demonstrated in a relatively short program / script. You should be prepared to send the demonstration code, any data required by the code, and a detailed description of the issue. We cannot accept large software applications as demonstration code since it is impossible for us to download, compile, run, read through and understand your code within one to two hours that we can dedicate to resolving an issue. If you are unable to isolate your issue into a short demonstration then you may wish to consider one of our Support or Consulting options instead.
