As the Compliance Officer, Naomi will develop, implement, and maintain an effective compliance program; assist in developing/modifying policies and procedures; and monitoring pursuant to applicable laws and regulations. She also serves as the audit and tax liaison for the company.

Prior to stepping up to Compliance Officer, Naomi was the Controller for Kitware from February 2005 until April 2006. Naomi's most recent accounting and finance experience prior to Kitware includes working as a Senior Asset Manager for the New York State Teachers' Retirement System (from 1999 to 2004) where she oversaw a multi billion dollar commercial real estate portfolio consisting of office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties across the United States and was the project manager for implementing MRI, a real estate and private equity asset management software system. Prior audit experience includes working as an auditor for the State Comptroller's Office (from 1993 to 1999) where she conducted both financial and performance audits of state agencies, municipalities, public authorities and non-profit organizations.

Naomi received her B.S. in Accounting and MBA with a focus in Management Information Systems from the State University Of New York at Albany in 1993 and 1999, respectively. She received her Certified Internal Auditor designation May 1996. In 2001, Naomi received the Martin H. Ives award from the Institute of Internal Auditors in recognition for outstanding service.
