Bill Ray is an R&D Engineer working remotely on Kitware’s Computer Vision Team. He is focused on machine learning tasks where he’ll be collaborating with researchers and training algorithms to solve challenging problems

Prior to joining Kitware, Bill interned at Seagate, where he worked on the Seagate Drive Analysis Tool (SDAT) data pipeline and software.

Bill received a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. While there, he earned a Certificate of Recognition for his Leadership Role in the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) – Machine Learning Club.
