Brian Wylie is a technical lead for information security at Kitware. His interests include networking, static analysis, and streaming architectures. Brian received his B.S. in computer engineering and his M.S. in computer science from the University of New Mexico. He joined Sandia National Laboratories in 1998, where he worked on many open-source projects, including the Visualization Toolkit (VTK) and ParaView. After Sandia, Brian spent five years in the commercial sector and focused on platform development, data science, and machine learning for security applications. Brian joined Kitware to head its efforts in open-source information security.
