ITK is an open-source, cross-platform system that provides developers with an extensive suite of software tools for image analysis. Developed through extreme programming methodologies, ITK employs leading-edge algorithms for registering and segmenting multidimensional data.

This course covers the basic features of ITK, from its design to the integration of an ITK alogirthm in an application. The objectives of this course will interest R&D engineers as well as researchers in the image processing field.

Objectives

  • Understand ITK s basic functions
  • Create and run registration filters
  • Understand how to create an application using ITK
  • Create and run segmentation filters

Prerequisites

  • C++: Good knowledge
  • Imaging: Good knowledge
