3D Slicer, an open-source software framework for visualization and image analysis
This seminar will be presented by Julien Finet and Stephen Aylward on September 26, 2014.
Description
3D Slicer is a free, open source software package for image analysis and scientific visualization that is partially funded by NA-MIC and supported by a very large community. We will briefly present the variety of research areas and introduce the application using driving biological problems. We will also present how Slicer can be extended to facilitate research and speed-up development.
