Arslan Basharat, a Technical Leader at Kitware, will present a talk titled “Adapting Video and Image ISR to A2AD.” The talk will highlight sparse persistence and intermittent sensing (Skybox and OPIR) (High and Low Resolution), leveraging tactical ISR capabilities for strategic A2AD problems, and how video capabilities can be adapted for OPIR exploitation and sparse persistence using other assets.
