In ‘ITK in Biomedical Research and Commercial Applications,’ Matthew McCormick and Stephen Aylward will join Hans J. Johnson from University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in outlining how to get the most out of the Insight Segmentation and Registration Toolkit (ITK). The course will take place on February 27, 2016, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm PST.
On February 28, 2016, from 8:00 to 9:40 am PST, Stephen will co-chair Computer-Aided Diagnosis Session 1: Vessels and Hearts. Stephen is a member of the Computer-Aided Diagnosis program committee. At the conference, he will also be involved in meetings for IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging and Journal of Medical Imaging.
In addition, on March 1, 2016, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm PST, members of Kitware take part in the Live Demonstrations Workshop. The workshop will allow developers to showcase their systems and algorithms to gain feedback, promote collaboration, and foster advancement in the medical imaging field. For the workshop, Kitware will highlight NIRFast-Slicer.
