Johan Andruejol

Johan Andruejol

Staff R&D Engineer

Johan joined Kitware in 2012 after a year of interning with the medical group. Johan’s background includes years in preparatory school, which provided him with a strong background in mathematics and physics. He enrolled at Ecole Superieure de Chimie Physique Electronique de Lyon (CPE Lyon), where he spent his first two years studying computer science (C, C++, and MatLab), electronics, and telecommunications. In his last year, he was focused on image synthesis and image processing.

Johan completed his final six months of interning, required by CPE Lyon, at Kitware, where he has been working since. Johan graduated in November 2013 with an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Information Processing. He focused his master’s thesis on the Pediatric Airways project, in collaboration with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
