Brooke Arpey joined the Kitware team in 2019 as a human resources generalist. She has over six years of experience in human resources, specifically in the areas of recruitment and performance management. Her responsibilities at Kitware include benefits administration, performance management, and supporting the onboarding process for new employees. In addition to her core duties, Brooke serves on Kitware’s Events Planning Committee and is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She obtained her SHRM-CP certification in February 2023.

Prior to joining Kitware, Brooke was the Human Resources Associate at SUNY Empire State College.

Brooke graduated from SUNY University at Albany with a B.A. in English Studies.
