David received his B.A. in liberal arts and sciences from Virginia Tech. Prior to joining Kitware, he served as a development and operations engineer for Landis+Gyr. There, he had many responsibilities. In particular, he worked on data storage and issue resolution. David also served as a UNIX engineer for Cree Inc, where his efforts involved the company’s UNIX infrastructure.
