Vicki joined Kitware in December 2010 as the Contracts Administrator. Her role includes developing and overseeing contract review, writing and negotiation procedures. She has extensive experience in negotiating and executing subawards and subcontracts; preparing specialized reports on subcontractors; designing a procedures manual on the sub process; and maintaining electronic databases to track subcontracts and subawards.

Prior to joining Kitware, Vicki spent 32 years working at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in their Research Administration and Finance Department, most recently in the position of Grant Administrator.
