David received his B.S. in Computer Science followed by an M.S. in Information Technology from UNC Charlotte in 2011.  Since then he has worked at the National Institute of Standards and Technology in IARPA/DARPA sponsored information technology evaluations.  His primary contribution to these programs being in developing scoring and annotation software.
