Basic Package

- We resolve the issue within 4 weeks after replicating it
- One half-hour support meeting per month to answer 3D Slicer questions
- Supports only 3D Slicer core
Enhanced Package
- Up to 5 issue reporters from your organization
- We confirm whether we can replicate the issue within 2 days
- We resolve the issue within 2 weeks after replicating it
- Dedicated technical support contact at Kitware
- One half-hour support meeting per week to answer 3D Slicer questions
- Supports 3D Slicer core and a curated list of extension modules
