Adam Birenbaum

Adam Birenbaum is an R&D Engineer working on Kitware’s Computer Vision Team located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He’ll be collaborating with researchers and training algorithms to solve challenging problems.

Prior to joining Kitware, Adam was an engineer for Systems Engineering Group, a contractor that generates simulated threat data and performs analyses for the Missile Defense Agency. As an engineer in the Analysis Group, he conducted various machine learning analyses to improve a radar’s discrimination and tracking algorithms.

Adam received a bachelor’s degree in Physics, Astronomy, and Statistics from the University of Wisconsin. He went on to earn an additional bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville.
