Brooke Arpey is a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Kitware, based in Clifton Park, New York. She focuses on creating a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle, with particular emphasis on engagement, onboarding, benefits administration, and leave of absence programs.

As a member of Kitware’s Human Resources team, Brooke supports employees through both exciting milestones and major life events, helping ensure they have the resources and guidance they need to feel supported throughout their careers at Kitware. She plays a key role in helping new hires transition into the company, serving as a resource from the interview process through an employee’s first several months at Kitware. She also manages new employee programs designed to foster connections, introduce employees to key support teams, and provide a strong foundation for long-term success.

Brooke is passionate about creating opportunities for employees to feel connected, valued, and recognized. She has led initiatives focused on engagement and appreciation, including the development of a company-wide recognition event that celebrates employee milestones and contributions. As a member of Kitware’s Events Planning Committee, she also helps coordinate activities that bring employees together across offices and geographic locations.

Brooke earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Studies from the University at Albany (SUNY) and holds the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential.
