Kitware Appoints New Board Member and Renews Terms for Two Existing Directors

Andinet Enquobahrie joins Kitware’s Board; Lisa Avila and Claudine Hagen reappointed
Clifton Park, N.Y. (July 17, 2025) – Kitware, a leader in developing open source software solutions for advanced computing and AI, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andinet Enquobahrie, Ph.D., to its board of directors. Dr. Enquobahrie is the Senior Director of Medical Computing at KRS and brings extensive technical expertise and strategic perspective to the board, particularly in the field of medical imaging. He replaces Bea Paniagua, Ph.D., whose term has concluded. Kitware extends its gratitude to Bea for her thoughtful leadership and many contributions.

- Claudine Hagen, Kitware’s Chief Financial Officer, has been reappointed for another 3-year term. Her deep financial expertise and operational insights are a valuable contribution to the board.
