Deep Learning Bootcamp: Getting Started with the MONAI Medical Imaging AI Library, Sept 30-Oct 2, 2020
MONAI is a freely available, community-supported, open source PyTorch-based framework for deep learning in medical imaging. It provides domain-optimized capabilities for developing medical imaging training workflows in a native PyTorch paradigm.
In collaboration with MICCAI Educational Initiative, the MONAI team is excited to host the first-ever ‘MONAI Bootcamp’ from September 30 to October 2, 2020.
This pre-MICCAI 2020 event will cover topics such as:
- Getting started with the MONAI framework
- MONAI for PyTorch users
- Specialized medical imaging transformation & persistent caching
- Distributed training with MONAI
The last day of this three-day event will also feature an open-access MONAI deep learning challenge, with a prize going to the winner!
It is free to participate in this event, and participants are provided with access to GPUs during the challenge, thanks to the generous support of NVidia.
