David Edsforth joined Kitware in January 2020 as a Contracts Administrator. David holds a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from Plattsburgh State University and a M.S. of Law from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

Prior to joining Kitware, David worked for ten years as a commercial closing coordinator focusing primarily on complex loan transactions utilizing federally backed loan products, local industrial development agency financing, and historic tax credits. He then spent two years as a Contracts Administrator at a financial planning and wealth management company drafting and negotiating contracts and serving as the primary legal contact for RFPs.
