Paul Elliott is a staff R&D engineer on Kitware’s Medical Computing Team located in Carrboro, North Carolina. He develops web applications for medical customers and collaborators while contributing to several open source platforms, including VTK.js, VolView, ITKWidgets, ITK-VTK-Viewer.

Before joining Kitware, Paul developed 3D web apps for medical and DevOps startups. He also built and sold Virtual Reality systems before it was cool.

Paul received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2006.
