Quinn Powell is an R&D engineer on Kitware’s Software Solutions Team. He is currently enrolled in Kitware’s Open Source Software Technology Program (OSTP), which allows him to gain hands-on experience while working toward his master’s degree. Quinn is learning to develop innovative open source software platforms in the areas of computer vision, scientific computing, data and analytics, medical computing, and software solutions.

Quinn received a bachelor’s degree in computer science and mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, with a minor in economics.
