Roxanne Hall Little is a human resources associate on Kitware’s HR Team located in Carrboro, North Carolina. She is highly involved in Kitware’s full-cycle talent acquisition strategy and also performs general HR functions for the Carrboro office.

Prior to joining Kitware, Roxanne served two Triangle-area nonprofits for 17 years. This includes her time as the director of advancement at Habitat for Humanity of Durham, where she raised critical funds, supporters, and awareness to further their mission to build safe, decent, and affordable homes. ​

Roxanne received her bachelor’s degree in communication studies, with a concentration in interpersonal and organizational communications, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
