Incident Support

Perhaps you have a particular task that you need to accomplish but don't know how to do it. You can use the Incident Support to ask for some sample code or instructions on how to achieve your goals. Perhaps you have a particular data set that you need to visualize in a certain way and you'd like some Tcl code showing how to do that. Or maybe you have two data sets that you need to register and you'd like some C++ code showing how to accomplish that. Be sure to keep it relatively simple - an incident is intended to be something we can resolve within one to two hours including all the time required to communicate the results to you.
