Kitware is proud to participate in the 2025 IEEE/CVF Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition (CVPR), one of the premier conferences for cutting-edge research in computer vision and machine learning. This year, Kitware’s leadership in the community is reflected through key service roles that help shape the conference itself.
- Anthony Hoogs, Ph.D., Christopher Funk, Ph.D., Scott McCloskey, Ph.D., and Brian Clipp, Ph.D. are each serving as Area Chairs, managing the peer review process for some of the most advanced work in the field. In addition, Dr. Hoogs was a Senior Area Chair this year.
- Brian Clipp, Ph.D. is also serving as a Workshop Chair, curating sessions that drive deeper exploration of emerging topics and technologies.
- Christopher Funk, Ph.D. is serving as a Broadening Participation Chair, supporting efforts to foster a more inclusive and accessible research community.
We’re also contributing original research and sharing practical tools that support real-world AI development. As always, our commitment to open science and collaborative innovation will be on full display at our booth (visit us at Booth 1617!) and in our technical sessions.
